I first fell in love with fitness over 14 years ago.
I started going to the gym as something to do and quickly fell in love with it. The way people smiled a little brighter after a workout. The way my confidence grew as I slowly came to realize how strong and capable I was. The ability to connect with other people who cared about their health.
They say you are who you surround yourself with, and I believe it. Going to the gym unknowingly set me down a path that would change the entire trajectory of my life, and I’m forever grateful for it.
I currently live in Northern California with my girlfriend and our pets. For the past 12+ years, I’ve trained people in person and online and watched them go through a similar transition as my own — more confidence, more strength, and healthier habits.
If I had to describe my coaching style in one word it would be “balanced.” I aim to push clients out of their comfort zones without sacrificing quality of life. Fitness and health don’t have to require extremes to make lifelong, sustainable progress.
The majority of my client base has been those who feel misunderstood and a little lost. I take immense pride in being a part of their journey and figuring out problems together. You’re investing in your health and I take that very seriously. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. No more guessing what you should be doing in the gym. No need to try yet another overly restrictive diet that leaves you feeling weak and shaky all of the time. No more wasting money on supplements that don’t do anything.
Together, we will build habits that will last you a lifetime — and have a little fun in the meantime!
