A coach that works for you. Most people don’t need someone to yell at them and tell them they aren’t trying hard enough. They need someone who will listen to their wants, hear their concerns, and work together to create a strategy that works for their lifestyle.
Support when you need it most. When we work together, you will have access to me all throughout the week to ask questions and receive encouragement.
1:1 In-Person Training
This is the most individualized, all-inclusive coaching offered. Sessions are 55 minutes and we get to WORK. You have my undivided attention as I take you through each exercise step by step while challenging you to perform your best. Sometimes that means knowing when to back off in intensity if you’ve been having a rough day.
Your training program will be uploaded into my app where I will log your weights during your sessions so we can keep track of your performance. There are no random workouts here — everything is intelligently designed to get the most out of the effort you put in.
An added bonus is that you get a completely customized program for when you are with me as well as when you train on your own. The software will help keep you on track and provide access to me at your fingertips.

Partner In-Person Training
Nervous to work out on your own or want to reduce costs? Partner training may be the way to go! You will be on the same plan, so it’s best if you have similar goals in mind. Same as with 1:1 coaching, you will have customized programming that suits both of your needs and will allow you to keep track of your workouts.

Remote Training
Perfect for those who want to work together but don’t live in the area or need a less hands-on approach, remote coaching equips you with all of the tools necessary to get results. If you’re unsure about your technique on an exercise, snap a video and send it over for feedback!
You can choose to have both training & nutrition each month, or one or the other.

In-Person Drop In
Drop-in sessions can be used to refine technique on particular exercises or to pick my brain with any questions you have regarding training and nutrition. Remote clients also find drop-ins useful in order to do a programmed session together in order to be challenged and to see how far they can push themselves.

Lift with Luca
On-demand training programs available for you to select on your own. Workouts are structured intelligently and everything has a purpose: from reps and sets, to rest periods, RPE, and tempo. I give you every single tool you need -- all you have to do is show up!
